Heather, our Housekeeping Director, is one of the most helpful and efficient people I have ever met. Every request is met with “above and beyond” attitude! She was so instrumental in helping with our successful move to American House, I actually don’t know how we would have done it without her. It is a joy and pleasure to see her around this big building as she is always smiling and interacting with residents and staff while completing her many obligations! Not sure how she does it, but she does. Thank you for EVERYTHING you do, HEATHER!!!!

Nancy Russell is the best. Looking for memory care for my mother was very depressing until we walked into American House and met Nancy Russell. She is our angle. Nancy Russell and the staff at American House are incredible. Absolutely the best. Everything here is top notch and the care is incredible. Most importantly my dad feels that my mom is in great hands and is in a safe beautiful environment that feels like home. Thank you Nancy and to your incredible crew.

The entire staff at American House Coconut Point has been so caring and accommodating, but especially the social worker, Nancy Russell. She has helped our family through 2 transitions with empathy and professionalism. My mom is a resident at Coconut Point. Id like to recognize Maria Familo. I live in Utah and when I visit Maria is very friendly and professional. She is very kind and patient with the residents and helpful when I need to visit with nurses and staff.
