American House Senior Living at Coconut Point is a wonderful facility. From the top down, the care and dedication of the staff truly stand out. The Executive Director was kind, took her time speaking with me, and clearly has a heart for helping residents—she genuinely looks out for them. The front desk staff is always cheerful and welcoming, creating a warm impression every time. The dining team provides excellent service, and the food is consistently enjoyable. The entire facility is clean, well-maintained, and filled with a sense of community. Everyone is focused on helping residents and creating a true feeling of home.

I can’t say enough great things about American House Coconut Point! The community is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. The activities are engaging, the meals are delicious, and the environment feels like home. You can tell there’s a real sense of family here — it’s a place where residents are truly valued and happy. Nancy Russell is the best. Looking for memory care for my mother was very depressing until we walked into American House and met Nancy Russell. She is our angle. Nancy Russell and the staff at American House are incredible. Absolutely the best. Everything here is top notch and the care is incredible. Most importantly my dad feels that my mom is in great hands and is in a safe beautiful environment that feels like home. Thank you Nancy and to your incredible crew.

I truly believe that American House is the best assisted living facility. I myself work with the elderly and people who need some assistance. Nancy is a true advocate for the overall well being of each person. She is truly an amazing person and knows the meaning of compassion and care. I would recommend American House without a doubt.
