2025 relocated from San Diego, CA to Kennewick, WA. stayed with relatives to get back on my feet, securing a position with the City of Kennewick. Searching for 55+ apartment living, Affinity Apartments popped up in the search results. Was immediately attracted to Affinity’s unique approach of including all utilities within your rent; Power, Water, Sewer, Garbage, WiFi, in unit Washer/Dryer, Microwave, ADA Compliant. Movie room, indoor pool/jacuzzi, billiards room, reck room, 1 extra cost being renters insurance, just 1 monthly rent payment no surprises bills, no BS. Staff… simply effervescent. (Past Management bad) Being a past maintenance engineer for a property management company, including 55+ property, on call for 747 units somewhat know the ins & outs of rental properties. San Diego past apartment was in a 55+ building, property management company was a major pain to work with over 4 years. Affinity stands out in front of the pack. Am pleased to be moving into the Kennewick property. Just a note to anyone interested in Applying… income should be 1.5 - 1.75 times the rental amount. Good to Excellent credit rating, or have a guaranteer (co-signer). $50 application fee, $200 admin fee. Rent is above average yet well worth it not having to deal with any other bills other than cell phone, car & insurance payment.

Beautiful facility! I was there for a walk thru and I'm seriously considering transitioning when my home sells. They've thought of everything! All inclusive (rent, utilities, cable, Internet), I love that. The agents were friendly and helpful.

While I did not end up renting from this Affinity location, I did want to convey that the representative who assisted me was fantastic. (Vanessa) The level of service went above and beyond. My many questions were answered in a timely manner with callbacks and emails handled immediately. Since I could not go in person, she made a video showcasing the unit and focusing on features that were important to me. I did end up at a different Affinity community, and in working with both locations, it's clear how much they care about people. I work in customer service and recognize and appreciate exemplary service. If you're looking for a place to call home, Affinity is it. Thanks, Vanessa and Affinity!

I spent two nights in the guest apartment and found the property inviting and full of surprises! So many large community spaces including pool, library, exercise room, craft room! The theater was in use and residents were so nice to invite me to join in. I felt very welcome and would definitely enjoy living here if it was close to my family. I hope to visit again!
