I LOVE Affinity; the facility, staff and maintenance are excellent. I love the free wine on Thursdays in the pub, the wood shop, the indoor jacuzzi and pool, the craft room, theater, library and convenient indoor mail room. I also enjoy gardening in my 4 X 4 raised garden bed. There are many enjoyable activities such as, Bingo, Rumicube, a monthly Sip & Paint, and classes taught by residents, such as painting, quilting & jewelry making. And there are so many free goodies - a beverage machine with 60+ choices of fresh ground coffee or hot chocolate drinks; Muffin Monday, Bagel Wednesday & Fruit Friday. There's also a weekly discussion group and Great Courses, which is currently showing info on ancient biblical texts on the big screen in the theater.. And for animal lovers, pets are welcome. Maybe best of all, utilities, TV and internet are included. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Affinity for any 55+ person who is looking to change from the responsibilities of home ownership to the freedom of independent apartment living, or from an apartment without all the wonderful amenities that Affinity offers.

I was looking to downsize and change location. We were treated so well! Ann the customer service manager was absolutely fantastic! She is very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome! The facility is great too! Lots of spaces for gatherings and activities. Moving is stressful but Ann made sure I had everything figured out. Residents popped by to say welcome as we were moving in! I can’t wait to start my next chapter! It’s going to be amazing!🥰🙏🌅

I recently stayed in the Guest Suite at Affinity at South Hill. Everything was super clean from the grounds, the amenities, and especially the fantastic room that I stayed in. The Staff, including office and maintenance were warm and friendly. Even the residents greeted me each time I entered or left the building, and showed genuine interest in getting to know me, making sure I felt welcome and included. Affinity at South Hill is nothing short of AMAZING!
