When my then 80 yr old mother was ready to downsize, Affinity was brand new. She was one of the first to move in. She just turned 93 and is thriving at Affinity! The apartments are small, but cozy, well appointed and ADA compliant. Which means when she was recovering from surgeries and required a walker or other supportive devices, all of the doors and bathroom were completely accessible. The facility and amenities are lovely and well maintained by an incredible staff. Virtually all of the residents are known and greeted by name by the management team, Kelly & Shelly (I know, sounds like a sit-com, but totally worth it!). And the maintenance team, Jeff, Pedro & Brittney are wonderful. But it’s the community, the residents, that are the real stars. Genuine and kind, thoughtful and sweet. We’ve noticed over the years, those that don’t play well with others, either don’t stay very long or keep to themselves. We cannot recommend Affinity at Lafayette highly enough. You or your loved one will be very happy here.

While searching for spaces for my mother, I came across Affinity. I went in for a visit and was blown away by the hospitality and praise the residents gave on the facility. The rooms are spacious and even have walk in showers for my mother's mobility issues and stacked laundry units for easy access. I would definitely recommend coming to check Affinity out for you or your parents needs.

Twice chosen -Affinity Senior Living Lafayette,CO I moved to Affinity/Lafayette in 2014 enjoyed all that it had to offer me. Family business pulled me away for two years. I decided to move back to Colorado after business was completed. Guess I could have moved to any number of places. I chose for the 2nd time, my home at Affinity/Lafayette. It's no wonder I did, the management staff of Kelly and Shelley are quite simply amazing, compassionate individuals. Their extensive knowledge of helping seniors shines through. Practicing an open door policy, anything a resident needs, it is their pleasure to be helpful. If I have a maintenance problem, the maintenance staff is quick to solve it. Jeffrey, Pedro, and Brittany are kind and efficient. Upon my return, a smile, a welcome on everyone's face when they greet me. "We are so glad you are here". This collective group of residents at Affinity at Lafayette are always friendly. Now I get to pick which full day I will enjoy, BINGO, cards, playing pool, a swim in the pool, etc. Frequent organized creative gatherings are so much fun here. Kelly and Shelley are always planning the next event for us. If you want a safe home with beautiful, landscaped grounds, Affinity at Lafayette has it. It is my choice a second time.

Where to begin? We are incredibly grateful to have found Affinity at Lafayette. My mom needed a lifestyle change and is a very social, youthful senior. I was afraid we wouldn't find something within her budget that would bring her the happiness she so deserves. And then I spoke to Shelley at Affinity who took me on a tour, then I brought my mom back with me for another tour & we signed the paperwork as fast as we could! This community is youthful, inclusive, active and supportive. It cannot be overstated what a special Community this is! Thank you, Shelley, for making the process so smooth and welcoming ~ we couldn't be happier!
