My husband and I moved to Affinity at Colorado Springs in early October. The office staff, Sarah, Brooke and Ashley were very hospitable, sweet, kind and helpful. They made us feel like family. Our apartment looked brand new. Every area was clean, sparkled and pleasingly fragrant. The community are "young spirited", friendly, welcoming, fun, kind, adventurous, love to party, eat good food, dance and most of all fellowship with each other. The atmosphere and decor are happy, colorful, elegant/casual, high end comfortability. The amenities are top notch! People come out of thier apartments to visit, eat donuts or bagels and share stories. Many of the residents have bonded with each other and participate in various activities together. I love how the single and widow women look out for each other. When you're new at Affinity at Colorado Springs, the community welcome you by introducing themselves and give a brief testimony about living here. God.led us to Affinity at Colorado Springs. This was the first place on our list to check out. After meeting Brooke, she gave us a tour to see various apartments. Her gentleness, compassion to help and knowledge of the apartments got us hooked. We decided immediately that this would be our new home. That was in December 2024. When we arrived, we met Sarah, manager. It was like meeting a girlfriend from the past. She was also sweet, kind, helpful and more. I never thought I would live in a senior community until I turned 80 years old. The people here don't act like seniors ... I'd say, "they're seasoned" because of their wisdom, love for God and people! I We look forward to living here for many years. There's always something to do for everyone! We highly recommend checking out Affinity at Colorado Springs. The experienced office staff, maintenance and janitorial staffs makes living here a clean, safe, happy, friendly environment and a huge BLESSING for us! Did I mention the shopping areas?? Affinity at Colorado Springs is located close to your favorite grocery, strip malls, restaurants, churches etc.! We thank and praise God for providing Affinity at Colorado Springs for all of us "young seniors" and friends!

We have lived at Affinity since 2016. We have never seen the commitment to the community at this level before. The manager and assistant truly love the residents and it shows. They go the extra mile in the planned activities, dinners and gatherings. If you really want a sense of community and the support of the staff, you will love it here.

I'm very satisfied with most everything. The work orders get responded lin a very timely manner,however, this time they fixed the wrong thing and it didn't need fixed.They replaced LED lights in living room and bedroom. Lights needed replaced in kitchen and bathroom. I had my granddaughter replace the lights in bathroom but she was unable to replace the lights in the kitchen. I still need the lights in the kitchen to be replaced.I think most everything about Affinity is great. I would recommend Affinity as one of the best 55+ Communities in Co Springs.They have great activities and there is always something to do.

I am very happy living here. I have been here over a year and love it. The office staff does a wonderful job. They really care about the residents. The property is clean and kept up. We love our maintenance team as well!
