This place is beyond words it is amazing. Jonah, Lisa and Kristin are very welcoming and professional. I have been coming to events here for at least a month and a half before I moved in. I was always welcomed and treated like a tenant. Now that I finally got my own place there its even better. All the tenants are very friendly and welcoming. I have never been so happy to call a place home like I am with affinity. Love it and would very highly recommend it.

Lisa has the "can do" attitude to keep Burlington Affinity running smoothly. She's professional, unwavering, and kind. The maintenance team addresses issues promptly and effectively. Because of these efforts, Affinity has a lot to offer as a nice place to live. It's also very centrally located to everything.

Moving is never easy, but moving from a 3-bedroom to a 2-bedroom apartment. Is hell. All of that faded when my wife and I moved into Affinity Apartments in Burlington, WA. There, we were greeted by Lisa Gregory, a gracious and outgoing Affinity Representative. She guided us through the rental process and the actual move-in. She even stopped by our apartment to double-check that the TV and Internet were to our liking. It just doesn't get any better than that!

I love loving in this complex it is friendly, fun everyone is super kind and the Team all together is quick to help and I'd active in the community.. LOVE living here my parents lived here 1st and love it also abs referred me. I would refer anyone here it's great. The units are beautiful and comfortable. Not to mention The amenities are so great also.
