I recently toured Acoya Scottsdale while researching senior living options for my parents. The community is undeniably impressive. From the moment you walk in, the environment is exceptionally clean, modern, and easy to navigate. The staff creates a polished atmosphere—everyone was professionally dressed and greeted me with genuine smiles. The dining area, in particular, looked warm and inviting, and seeing residents enjoying their lunch gave the place a very nice energy. My tour guide was professional and took the time to listen to my family's needs in a private setting, which I appreciated. She explained the continuum of care well, offering peace of mind for aging in place. While the facility itself is beautiful, I felt there were small opportunities to make the experience even better. The tour focused heavily on the general features of the building, and I would have loved a bit more focus on how the specific programs would fit my mother’s personal lifestyle. Additionally, experiencing a meal firsthand would have been a great touch to truly understand the daily life there. Overall, Acoya is a stunning community with a professional team. If you are looking for a high-end, modern facility in Scottsdale, it is absolutely worth a visit to see if it fits your specific needs.

Can’t say enough about what a great place this is for my father. The friendly staff, fun activities, interesting off-site trips, GREAT food with different specials every day, a brand new facility, and high caliber residents are a few things that come to mind. When I toured it for my Dad, two different gentlemen my age pulled me aside and told me that this is the best senior living in Scottsdale and that it was great for their parents (I was skeptical at first and thought they were plants :) 7 months in, I can confirm that they are 100% correct. A+

I want to specifically recognize De Anna, the Community Relations Director. She is absolutely exceptional to partner with. De Anna brings professionalism, integrity, and heart to everything she does. She sees the bigger picture beyond simply filling an apartment and genuinely cares about aligning the right resident with the right environment. Families are in excellent hands with her guidance. The gentleman at the front desk is always so positive and really knows a lot about Acoya Shea and everything it offers. His kindness and genuine attitude really stand out and make a difference. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name, I think it might start with a Z, but he has been great every time I’ve been there. The community has such a great vibe, it feels lively, welcoming, and very clean! Highly recommend.
