I recently visited ACOYA Shea and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the community felt welcoming, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were exceptional!! Genuinely friendly, professional, and clearly committed to creating a positive environment for residents. Everyone I encountered was warm and attentive, and it was easy to see how much they care about the people who live there. The dining area had the feel of a high-end restaurant, and the meals looked delicious and well-balanced. The menus offered a nice variety, and the overall atmosphere made me feel confident that residents enjoy both the food and the experience of sharing meals together. There was a noticeable buzz of energy throughout the building, with a full schedule of activities on display—from fitness classes to creative workshops and social gatherings. It’s clear that staying active, engaged, and connected is a big priority at ACOYA Shea. The apartments really stood out as well. They were spacious, bright, and beautifully finished—definitely larger than I expected for a retirement community. While visiting my nana last weekend, as I usually do at least once a year, to ensure she keeps me in the will; I met Pearla. She was especially kind to all the residents, which I worry will give me competition for money when my senile grandma finally passes…She was too nice, you know? Highly suspicious.

I had a great experience visiting ACOYA Shea. The community is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for seniors. Brandy at the front was helpful, warm, professional, and attentive to every question. She made the visit smooth and left a wonderful first impression of the staff and the care they provide. Definitely a place where residents and families can feel supported.

I would recommend Acoya Shea to anyone who has loved ones needing more care. They offer Independent, Assisted and Memory Care services. In my family’s situation, one parent needs Memory Care and the other is independent but they want to stay together. Acoya Shea offers several options to make this possible. I have visited many times and the building is immaculate, food is outstanding and they have the most clever fun activities for their residents that I have seen👏👏
