I moved from FL the end of Feb. I love it here. Everyone is so friendly. Management is excellent. Maintenance is also excellent. The apartment is perfect for me. We have so many activities. I love that they have activity rooms on each floor. They are constantly adding items that is so helpful. A groomer comes once a week to our Pet Spa. We now have a salon for nails & hair. She comes in once a week.The Acclaim at Greenbrier is in an excellent location. Medical facilities are very close. My apartment is very quiet. The whole place is clean & well kept. The Court Yard is nice to sit out & BBQ or just visit. The lobby, coffee area & bar area is beautiful. We lived in 2 other 55+ areas & Acclaim is the best. I moved to be closer to my daughter after I lost husband. So many are here like me. I thought I would miss FL but I am loving it here. The small extra room with a half bath is great. I have a queen size bed & still have space for my computer desk.

We enjoyed our tour of the building and the amenities of this property. We appreciated Jean's thorough information and prompt responses to our email questions. We also liked the warmth and friendliness of the residents we encountered on our tour. Having toured 5 other buildings in the area We have decided to file an application to this property. Hoping it works out for our time-line.
