I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful new property with Maisie who was delightful and well-informed. It’s full of amenities to make living here a very fun place for seniors, from the cozy conversation areas, the coffee bar, a botanical room for gardeners, and even a dog-wash station. The pool area was also very beautiful. The apartments are gorgeous and spacious. I believe this would be a wonderful place to live! Thank you, Maise!

As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I have the opportunity to visit many communities, and my tour of Acclaim in Cary really stood out. The community is bright, modern, and beautifully designed - it truly feels upscale and welcoming for active adults. The team was just as impressive. Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. We had and outstanding experience with the Acclaim at Cary Pointe while searching for a senior community for our mom who was moving from Virginia to North Carolina. Anne provided exceptional service, walking us through every step and making sure all our concerns were addressed, even as she coordinated with my sister in NC and me in VA. Her dedication and attention to detail made the transition seamless and gave us peace of mind. When Anne wasn’t available, Maxie stepped in and delivered the same high level of care, ensuring our mom would have a safe and beautiful place to live. The excellent service we received is a true reflection of the community’s commitment to its residents. The community is newly established, and the amenities are still being added. The Acclaim at Cary Pointe are well-kept and have welcoming common spaces that feel like home. The thoughtful design and attention to aesthetics create a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their families. Strongly recommend!!

I want to share how much I love this property. It is beautiful and the amenities make it very convenient. I want to give a special shout out to Ms. Tonia. She takes great care to make sure we are engaged in activities on a daily basis. Today’s class was making a nice winter cocktail. It was refreshing and it gives us, the residents, the opportunity to get to know each other. I love her effort and enthusiasm. She is a great asset to Acclaim at Cary Pointe.
