305 is truly a wonderful community. The level of care and attention the residents receive is exceptional, and the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, supported, and at home. We moved our Dad to 305 over a year ago and we could not be more pleased. The food is also outstanding! There is a great variety of fresh, delicious meals, and you can tell that a lot of thought and care goes into the dining experience. It feels much more like dining at a restaurant than what you might expect from senior living. Between the compassionate care, excellent food, beautiful environment, and welcoming staff, 305 West End is a very special place. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one.

The most this place has going for itself is the location in Manhattan, and the beautiful building, outside of that operationally its a disaster! Employees are rude and unprofessional. Management constantly lies and makes promises that are never kept, to the families and residents! when you reach out to the corporate office, They ignore you they don’t respond or make excuses/lies also! The kitchen is HORRIBLE, food is always late, quality of food is mediocre at best! Theres a new “chef” every 90 days! Serving staff are a bunch of high school kids, inexperienced, and they also tell residents how miserable it is working there! me and my family had my uncle here he demanded to be removed less than 60 days!! Id rate this place 3/10. Do better!

I thank my lucky stars every day that I found the 305 Assisted Living Residence for my husband with Alzheimers. The staff could not be more attentive and pleasant. I have full confidence that living at 305 he receives the very best of care.

When my sister moved to 305 three years ago she first noticed the superb quality of the food and the stimulating variety of daily activities - from Tai Chi to acrylic paining classes. But the backbone and heart of 305 is the exceptional staff who create a cheerful and caring place to live. When my sister - who is a fall risk and needs help showering, -starts singing and cracking jokes, some aides join in and and her day starts with laughter.. The wait staff knows her dietary restrictions as well as I do. The med techs are wonderful as are the housekeeping personnel .The PT and OT therapists are excellent. They are contractors permanently assigned to 305's gym with its first class equipment. They have helped her balance and boosted her self-confidence. I can't say enough good things about the Wellness Director. I am very hands-on and visit a lot. When there is a problem with meds or my sister's care -- and there have been several serious issues - she is quick to resolve them. She is a calm, very capable presence. In short, my sister feels she has an extended family around her.
