We will always be grateful for the kindness and excellent care they gave our amazing uncle. He was only there for a short time, but the staff at Yancey House made him feel so loved and cared for in his last days on earth.

My almost 87 year old mom was at YH for over a year with failing health & dementia. The care she received was excellent. The folks there had her spoiled rotten. They went above & beyond to care for her!! But most of all she was loved. And for that I can never say “thank you” enough.

They never answer the phone so you can never get in touch with your family member.. After calling for 2 weeks when you finely do get a hold of your family member the phone constantly cuts out so you can not understand what they are saying... If you want to keep in touch with your family member this is not the for them to live...
