Overview
Wyndemere Memory Care provides memory care services, in the Fox Valley area in Northeast Wisconsin, We offer three individual homes in a beautiful river view setting: Aspen House with 20 memory care apartments; Birch House with 16 memory care apartments; and Cedar House, offering 14 apartments for the physically and developmentally disabled. Wyndemere is close to riverside walking trails creating a beautiful and serene setting
We provide memory care services from meal preparation and social activities to Alzheimer’s and family support. We promote person-centered and elder-directed care. We warmly welcome you to experience the good people who live and work in our memory care community. Our team believes if you do the right thing, the right things happen. You will hear lots of laughter!

Memory Care

Respite Care

Skilled Nursing

5 stars for the ACTIVITY ladies!! Amanda & Kelly!!! They both go above and beyond to do the most for the residents! Not only have they paid OUT OF POCKET for the residents activities, they go out of their way to come up with NEW and BETTER activities that benefit the residents and let the residents engage more other than just coloring!! They both go to a church on Wednesdays once a month and grab clothes for the residents! They made a senior ball for the residents which they absolutely LOVED! They made a senior store for them! They had the residents participate in making DOG TREATS for a shelter & promoted wyndemere on social media! They try their best to ALWAYS come up with new ideas to entertain the residents!! A HUGE shout out to Amanda for picking up the activity load in ASPEN in FEBRUARY when the other activity lead had to be on leave!! And for ALWAYS helping out whether it’s in the kitchen cooking, on the floor with staff, or literally anything and everything with NO HESITATION!!! Employee of the year forsure! They both are the BEST activitiy ladies wyndemere has ever had by far!! They treat the residents exactly how they should be treated!!! Also giving recognition to the house keeping at wyndemere! Thank you so much for all you do for all THREE buildings you’re doing amazing!!! & a HUGE shout out to the maintance man ASHLEY & caregiver Sonya!! you deserve the world for everything you’ve done & sticking through it all these years! These employees that were mentioned are literally the heart of wyndemere with how they treat our residents!!!

Not being able to care of your loved one anymore is very tough to handle. Wyndemere was able to bring me comfort in knowing she was well taken care of. They were able to handle every level of my mothers dementia with such care and patience. I got to know many of the staff & found they go above & beyond in making my mother comfortable & happy. She was able to go outside to relax in the center garden & get the sun on her face. Watch the birds at all the feeders. The meals they prepared for her were always amazing with such a great variety. I'm very thankful for them everyday.

My father was a resident there for 3 years it the memory care unit and the staff was amazing! They took great care of my dad and became our second family. Even after my father passed away we are still in contact with many of the care givers. We felt very confident in the care given there. I can’t say enough about the staff there. I would recommend Wyndemere to anyone who is looking for memory care.

I have had several interactions with Wyndemere and the staff. Ashley Lamal Maintenance Director has always been fabulous to work with and she goes above and beyond to help the residents, families along with other providers. Ashley is dedicated to the work she does and she strives to make Wyndemere a better place. Thank you Ashley for all that you do!! It doesn't go unrecognized, we appreciate you! 😀
