My mother passed on March 16th, 2026. She was adamant she did not want use Bryants funeral home. I’m not sure how, why, what, or what arrangements were made between Bryant’s and the Nursing home in Worland, but they went as far as to claim Veiles Mortuary had closed and the phone was disconnected. I prepaid for my mother’s funeral 17 years ago and was quite baffled since I called to confirm after Veile sold the Mortuary, that they were familiar with our situation. I had spoke to them not long before her passing so this was frustrating and confusing during a time that kind of behavior is unnecessary. The home asked if I wanted them to look into this matter, I told them absolutely not, I would get to the bottom of this. Literally, saved on my phone, they called 5 minutes later to tell me they “found” the number. This kind of cohesion during the death of a family member is disgusting, disgraceful, unethical, and added undue stress during a difficult time. I’m aware of the maneuvers Bryant did to manipulate the community by implementing himself in as many areas that make it easy to advocate and promote his business when people are not able to think clearly, this should be a conflict of interest and illegal. Shame on the home and Bryants

I felt staff were very friendly and accommodating. My mother’s care was very good. Response time to patient requests were more than adequate, especially given the patient population and their demands. My family really appreciated the space made available and special set up in the sunroom for my father’s 91st birthday celebration and our Tuesday night family dinners. It helped normalize my Mother’s routine, something our whole family greatly appreciated. Personally, I can see the need for updating, referbushing, and remodeling cabinetry, and furniture. It appears this is already in the works, and I’m sure when completed will completely enhance a patients stay, and compliment the wonderful staff that work with in the facility. Once again, thank you so much to all that made this a comfortable stay for my mother and more importantly rehabilitated her effectively to be able to return home! My mother has been at Worland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center for many years. She receives excellent care. I am especially grateful to Collette for her loving care of my mother. She helps me stay connected through video calls and pictures. I feel so much more at ease knowing that Collette and the rest of the staff is providing my mother's daily care. Thank you!

My 92-year-old mom had a wonderful experience rehabbing at Worland Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Worland, WY. The therapy she received daily took her from barely standing when released from hospital after a hip break, to walking steadily with a walker and even climbing stairs. Therapist Michael and his assistant Megan were encouraging and consistent in both physical and occupational therapies to get her back to independent living in her own home. The CNA's were spectacular, her favorite was Daniel who ALWAYS has a smile and positive comment, and all the CNA's who worked with her were attentive and efficient in their care. Mom's goal was to get back to independent living SAFELY, and WH&R got her to the point where her family is comfortable that she will succeed at home.
