I highly recommend Woodland Palms Memory Care to anyone looking for a safe, loving place, for their loved ones who require assistance due to memory issues. My mother-in-law lived at Woodland Palms for 3 years, until she recently passed away due to Alzheimer's disease. All the employees, including the front office staff, showed my mother-in-law patience at all times, and provided such good care for her. Woodland Palms has many activities going on every day to keep the residents active, and entertained. They also have numerous events that family members can participate in, which are also very fun! Thank you Woodland Palms for everything you did for my mother-in-law. My family and I appreciate every one of you!

My mom was a resident there 3 years ago. They over medicated her and didn’t realize until the end of the day when they did a med count. Once they realized at the end of the day they checked in on her and she was semi conscious. This tells me no one checked in on her all day. They sent her to the emergency room where she ended up aspirating and died about a week later. This was reported to the state but they were only fined $500 for this neglect. The person that made the mistake was later honored with employee of the month 😡.

My mom has been in care for about 9 months. Woodland Palms is the best! She is well cared for and loved. As her family we are taken care of as well. The support is really for my mom and us. All of our questions and concerns are answered without hesitation. The staff treat my mom with the respect and dignity she deserves. I would recommend Woodland Palms if your loved ones needs care.
