Wisconsin Veterans Home at Chippewa Falls

My father resides at this veterans home, and our family could not be more grateful for the care he receives. The staff is truly amazing — compassionate, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond their duties to ensure the residents feel respected and valued. He is not only well taken care of medically, but also emotionally and socially. The home offers a variety of engaging activities that keep residents active and involved, helping to build a strong sense of community. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the veterans who live there and treat them with dignity and kindness. Most importantly, we feel confident that he is safe and supported. Knowing he is in a secure environment with people who truly look out for him gives our family tremendous peace of mind. We are deeply thankful for everything this veterans home does each day to honor and care for those who have served.

I am very pleased with the care my husband gets at Wisconsin Veterans Home in Chippewa Falls. Staff is very warm, caring and attentive. The food is very good and well - prepared. As a veteran , I think it is very important that my husband is treated with dignity and respect! I so appreciate that is the atmosphere here!

My father has been at Chippewa Falls going on two years. This place is wonderful. When I walk through the front door I am greeted by pleasant staff. The nurses, CNAs, and social worker support my father in a caring professional manner. Staff make a point to stop and chat with me when I visit. Questions or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. As the caregiver, I have peace of mind knowing my father is receiving great care at Chippewa Falls.

I'm very satisfied with the care afforded my elderly father. The staff is professional and attentive to Dad's needs. The administrators schedule regular care meetings with my sister and I where they keep us informed about Dad's care and health status. We are so glad Dad is cared for by the Chippewa VA!
