Out of every assistant living I have been to. Windsor Manor has the most caring staff & they care tremendously about the happiness of each and every residents joy in life!! I will also say the quality of food they give the residents is AMAZING

Our family has been associated with Windsor Manor in Vinton for almost four years and we have been more than pleased with their services. The Caretakers and all employees (administration, food service, maintenance, activity coordinator) are exceptional! They have provided the amount of care and attention to our family members as needed and adapted to their individual needs as time and age progressed. Additionally, most of the Caretakers are long term employees, with very little turnover, meaning our family members received consistent care from individuals who know them well. Communication from Windsor Manor has been top notch. We have always been informed of any medical changes regarding our family members. Administration has also been helpful setting up any new services our family members have needed throughout the years. Windsor Manor provided transportation to appointments when needed, which was and is helpful. Assistance with cleaning, laundry and maintenance has always been appreciated. Activities offered on site and off site have been engaging and stimulating. Residents can choose to socialize with others or spend time in their own apartments. We feel our family members have been safe, secure, and well attended to at Windsor!

Our family could not be happier with the wonderful care and vibrant lifestyle provided here. While the facility is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, what truly sets it apart is the outstanding activities program.The activities team goes above and beyond to keep residents engaged, active, and social. There is always something exciting on the calendar, from daily fitness classes and creative art workshops to live musical entertainment and fun local outings. They do an amazing job of tailoring events to different ability levels so that everyone feels included and encouraged to participate.Seeing the common areas filled with laughter and residents interacting has given our family immense peace of mind. It is clear that this community prioritizes true quality of life, not just basic care. Thank you to the incredible staff for making this a place our loved one is proud to call home!
