Windsor Manor Nevada

Our family could not be more grateful for the exceptional care my mother received while calling Windsor Manor home. The staff consistently went above and beyond for all my requests. My mother was treated with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect every day. It gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing she was in such a caring and supportive environment. The facility is welcoming, well-maintained, and filled with people who truly care about their residents. We will always appreciate the dedication and warmth shown to my mother and our family. Thank you for making such a positive experience in her life.

What an amazing team at Windsor Manor. We moved our mom in on Wednesday this week!!! Mari, Cynthia, Chad, Elizabeth, Hanna, Lisa and everyone else ( there were so many I can’t recall all of your names!) on the team that came to welcome my mom, this made her move much more pleasant! I really appreciate the number of times per day they check in on her!!!

I can’t say enough good things about the people of Windsor Manor in Nevada Iowa My sister’s final journey of life started there after she sustained an injury and had to move to be near family. Her physical and medication needs were handled compassionately and professionally by Larkin and staff. While there she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Lesley and her staff ( office, kitchen and aides) walked with her on that journey showing her love and understanding. Unfortunately her mental and physical decline was faster than anyone anticipated. Again Lesley and her staff were there for her and also our family. They were there to answer questions and try different ways of helping my sister mentally and physically. My sister declined further and had to be moved to a hospital ward where she spent the last 4.5 months of here life. When my sister was ready for hospice, Lesley and Larkin went above and beyond to bring her back so she could die with freedom and dignity surrounded by people who care. I will forever be in their debt for that giant act. My sister died 36 hours after coming back. I can’t begin to convey the depth of caring that they have for their residents. That depth is passed on to the staff. I have told our story and recommended Windsor to several people since then.

Windsor Manor has been so kind and professional to work with. Anytime I have had a question or concern they are quick to respond and answer any questions I have. I have even seen staff out in public and they are friendly in saying hello.
