My dad moved to Windsor Estates Assisted Living in New Middletown, OH about 2 years ago. I cannot say enough good about this facility! The staff is amazing, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were very accessible for any questions. My dad required quite a bit of assistance (meds, laundry, shower assistance, etc) and was always greeted pleasantly and told that the staff is there to assist him with living in whatever way he needed. I feel the care he received from the nursing staff was consistent, excellent care as well as compassionate. My dad was loved there and as his family, that love was extended to us as well. This facility was always clean and well maintained. Sadly, my dad has passed recently at 90 years old. We absolutely feel my dad's life was extended by the time he lived there. *****

Our mom has been there over a year and very content and cared for on a daily basis. All the staff is amazing and caring. They engage with residents and always have kind words and smiles. Everything is super clean and the residents get excellent meals and care. Thanks for all you do.

My mom moved in July 25 and has adjusted very well and quickly. I really like way it looks more like a hotel and each resident has an apartment. The residents have many options for activities and each floor has a large living area with large screen tv's and a full-size kitchen on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The halls are very wide and a nice working fireplace in the large entry atrium with furniture to gather around. The employees are the nicest and most helpful I could ever have hoped for. The food is very good and there are menu options every day. Most importantly they do not up charge like most assisted livings do. My mom needs to be given her meds 3 times a day and every other place was going to add $600 for this and Windsor did not.

Our Mom moved in on March 9 2023. She loves her new home!! After touring several facilities, we chose Windsor Estated because of the many amenities that you have. Numerous common areas, activities all day, the outings and special programs keeps her busy and happy. Every staff member is awesome. The resident assistants, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen staff and the nurses go above and beyond the make sure she is safe, medically stable, and happy. And a special shout out to Kim, Mary and Heather. Mary gave us the tour of the facility, provided us with all the information, assisted me with filling out the application, and answered every question we had, no matter how trivial it may have been. She truely cares about every resident and their family. Kim was been a blessing to our Mom. She's always available to help her, whether it's answering a question, making beauty shop appointments or getting her assistance for whatever she needs. And Heather has helped me navigate through all the medication issues and medical concerns I have. Thank God for all of them!! Our Mom has been keep busy, happy and healthy because of your caring and dedicated staff. We are truely grateful and thankful for all that you staff does.
