Overview
Whether you or a loved one have experienced a health hiccup or sensed a diminishing quality of life over time, you want to get back to the way things were. But sometimes, feeling like yourself again can take a village.
At Willow Tree Care Center, we know that no one sets out to move in here, but we are on a mission to ensure that you’re glad you did. As part of the Stellar Living Network (a tight-knit collective of family owned and operated senior living communities), we set the standard in both short-term rehabilitation and longer-term care. So, let’s get you feeling better!

The Director of the facility is a joke, and the positions they have available for employment, wont be filled until a NEW Facility Director is gotten. 0☆'s! Horribly maintained & kept.

This place deserves zero stars. The other posters must be staff or related to the staff because this place is horrible. It’s filthy, starting with the front door glass early in the morning. The “public” rest rooms are gross and they sometimes let the residents use them. One day I asked an employee to help my friend. She asked, “What kind of help?” The turnover of help here is huge because they don’t pay well. Private pay is $8200/month. Physical therapy is non-existent and the food sucks. I’d never allow anyone I know to stay here.

This place should be condemned. There’s no employees and nothing but needy patience very very sad management. I would not board my dog here.

My mother in law had a single room at first ,now they have put her in double occupancy. We were paying a little over 10,000.00 a month so not sure why they advertise 5,000.00 something a month.
