I moved mom from an old garden apt. to Willow Grove and she loves it. Eunice and Hannah are a great team. Eunice does more than meet and greet. She actually goes above and beyond her duties and my mom relies on her. Hannah has guided me and my mom towards the new living situation I also give props to Nikki in the office. Nikki eased my nerves about my mom in a new place. Kudos to Willow Grove.

My mother has been a resident at Willow Grove for 2 years. In that time Nikki has been a consistent force in showing concern and compassion for the residents. She has cultivated a warm, resident-centered environment and worked to improve stability in the staff. Eunice and Kathy have added to that welcoming and caring atmosphere. They have responded to our concerns quickly and openly. This is the fourth senior living facility my mom has lived in and it is the best fit for her by far.

I have been a resident at Willow Grove for nearly one happy year. I could not be more delighted with the place. The staff is kind and helpful. In particular, Eunice is always right on the spot with assistance, advice and recommendations. She follows up to ensure the resident is all set. Ever patient and kind, Eunice is on the spot.
