We are so grateful to have our mom in the care of the team at Willow Glen. They put in the effort day in and day out to keep the facilities clean, organized and comfortable. Staff are sweet and respectful with our mom. She feels safe and comfortable with them. It’s never an easy decision to put your parent in a nursing home, but it helps put our mind at ease knowing she is in good hands.

These are the cottages under a different name they are still neglecting their residents. There's mold on walls, bugs everywhere and unsafe living conditions

I have been going to see my dad, since 2018, and have called the state on them several times for negligence and not taking care of their residents, and being a CNA, doing that kind , it's disgusting to go and have to see your loved one's not being properly cared for? And, now because I have made another complaint, They are trying to keep me from seeing my father?? Which is totally wrong, being they are not a good place to put anyone, if you want them to be properly taken care of, and not die, suddenly, or when you do complain, They try and keep you from seeing your loved one! Isn't that right, APS of Dane county, and the guardiansip, program, be careful because they will do what they want and take your parent(s) away and try isolate you to take over their lives and fianciances, while you are complaining about the care your love one should be getting for his money, and sale the home they were living and striving and getting better care, then here!! They think they can change their name and put in a new management, and think the quality of care is going to get better, not if you have the same people working for you, who don't take their jobs, seriously.. I wouldn't even give one star, but they don't have that option!! Very bad...
