I have been a resident in independent living at Whitestone for almost two years. It's a wonderful place to live -- I have made a lot of new friends and there are numerous activities - from exercise classes to craft classes to informational classes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I spent several weeks in the care and wellness center and the staff there was wonderful and very caring. Also the rehab department is full of well trained and enthusiastic staff. I'm so happy that I made the decision to move here-- it totally changed my life for the better.

Every time I visit Whitestone, it’s truly great pleasure. You are always welcome with smile from the staff and the residents. You are not treated as a visitor you’re treated like a family member. The staff is very compassionate and skilled at their job. When you visit the campus the cleanliness is always remarkable. There’s always something going on for the residents. The food and beverage team is like a five star restaurant. My wife and I are looking forward to calling Whitestone home in the future.

Just preparing to join the WhiteStone family has been an incredible experience. We were already looking forward to it after having talked to Debi Bryant in the Sales snd Marketing Department and having many of our questions answered during a tour of the beautiful campus. Meredith Cooper continued to amaze us as she helped us prepare for our move and make decisions about paint and carpeting for our new apartment from 800 miles away. But the best part was New Resident Orientation where we met the rest of the WhiteStone leadership team and many of the current residents. And our suspicions about living at WhiteStone were verified - every single resident we met was eager to share their experiences and tell us how much they loved living here. And it’s not hard to understand why: There are so many things to do on the monthly calendar, and the dining venues offer a wide variety of foods. We are so glad we chose WhiteStone and can hardly wait to move into our new home in July.

A Wonderful Home for My Mom – We Couldn't Be Happier! My mom moved into WhiteStone nine months ago after relocating from New England, and I can truly say it has been wonderful. From the moment she arrived, the staff and residents welcomed her with open arms, and she quickly began to thrive in her new environment. She has made so many new friends and feels genuinely connected to the community. Whether she’s enjoying meals in the dining room with her friends, taking chair yoga classes, going to church services, gathering with friends for the Saturday night movie, participating in a scheduled outing or simply strolling around the beautifully maintained grounds, she has something going on every single day – LITERALLY! One of her favorite spots is the on-site library, where she regularly picks up books and even joined the book club—something she hadn’t done in years. It’s heartwarming to hear her talk about her days, filled with laughter, purpose, and connection. The staff are incredible. They know her by name, greet her warmly, and treat her with such respect and care. The facilities team is also outstanding—attentive, responsive, and kind whenever any small issue arises. Knowing that she is so well cared for and surrounded by such a compassionate team gives me immense peace of mind since I still live in Rhode Island, more than 700 miles away. Another reason we feel especially grateful is that my mom fortunately receives financial assistance from WhiteStone’s Masonic and Eastern Star Foundation scholarship program. We worked closely with the team to go through the application and review process and were overjoyed when she was accepted. This program has been a true blessing, making it possible for her to live in such a warm, welcoming, and enriching environment. I’m deeply thankful for the opportunity it has given her to feel secure, supported, and part of something special. It’s more than just a place to live—it’s truly her home now. I feel incredibly blessed that she is safe, happy, and thriving in this vibrant, supportive community. Thank you to everyone who makes this such a special place!
