The inside and outside grounds are kept clean and tidy. Staff is helpful and friendly. They do quite a bit of different activities to choose from for the residents as well. There are games that residents can win prizes too!

Thank you Tammy Pappan! It is was not easy making the decision to place our Mom in an assisting living. We have been discussing it for while and scheduled an appointment to tour the facility and gather information. Tammy was amazing taking us through the process. Unfortunately our Mother took a bad fall and we had to move faster than expected. Tammy helped every step of the way. Because of her kindness and patience we know we had made the right decision. The whole was amazing but Tammy went above and beyond.

I highly recommend White Cliffs Senior Lving in Kingman, Arizona. My sister has been a resident in their assisted living wing since 2022. She was recuperating after a stroke and we had to sell her house and car because she could no longer live by herself or drive. After rehab at a local nursing home she was independent enough to get a 1-BR apartment at White Cliffs. The staff is phenomenal. She loves them all, and they are so good to her, from the executive director Letha Garcia, to the front lobby concierge staff, chef, bus drivers, nurse & medical aides, maintenance & housekeeping. Different staff members have helped her with many things, including installing shelving in her room, setting up her new TV, installing a hummingbird feeder outside her window, helping her with a new cell phone we sent out after her old one broke, helping her get receipts into the mail to send to me, helping her with her new bed and the mattress that kept sliding off, etc. The shuttle bus will take her shopping and to doctor appointments. She loves the facility. White Cliffs has a lovely dining room, a bistro down in the lobby where they can go for snacks, coffee & even ice cream on certain days, and an exercise room with equipment. There are a lot of activities, including movies and special holiday parties. My sister especially loves her view of the mountains. While many things are included in the rent, depending on the resident, you can have additional assistance in various services by paying for care points, including help with medications, shower and hygiene, laundry, and much more. We are located on the eastern side of the country and cannot get out there as often as we would like, but the White Cliffs community has become her AZ family. We thank them for all of the help and patience they have demonstrated with our sister.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Tammy has been fantastic with all her help in moving my parents into the facility. My parents have made new friends and love the food as well. My sisters and I can now rest a little easier knowing our parents are safe and well taken care of. Thank you White Cliffs and especially Tammy for all her help.
