My mother has lived at Wheeler Terrace for right at a year now. She has her own little one bedroom apartment. She's is so happy there and tells me that most every day. She loves all of the activities, and the meals are great. They hosts family dinners and a breakfast also! They decorate and have fun activities for all holidays. She has made many friends and we both love all of the staff and residents like family. Thank you Wheeler staff for taking good and loving care of my Momma!

My Dad has been at Wheeler Terrace for a year now. He has his own private room. Everyone one is so nice and attentive to all his needs. Meals are great. Plenty of activities, he is doing more than we ever thought he would. So thankful for all the ladies and gentlemen that help our Dad. They take such great care of him!! ❤️ We are blessed!! 🥰 🙏

My mother has been at Wheeler for 6 months now and although there was a difficult adjustment period for her and us, the staff here at Wheeler have been there for me and my family during every situation and question asked (and believe me there were and are a lot of questions). To mention a couple of the many helpful and wonderful staff members, Hollie and Terra have been great and very responsive. Example: mom was recently having a hard day (she has dementia) and I texted Hollie while on the phone with mom and Hollie was down at her room immediately and walked her around, hugged her and talked her through her moment. I couldn't be more happy with the staff and care here at Wheeler. Also, Hollie and Terra had a dementia specialist come in and speak to families about how to deal with loved ones with dementia, and me and my brothers made sure we were there for that! Karli is over the activities, and she runs ragged keeping all the residents busy - she's amazing too and always a smile on her face! I am leaving out many of the other staff that are great and friendly too - so thank you all for what you do. It takes a special human to take care of our elderly loved ones!!!

I called Wheeler Terrace to speak to my grandmother today for the very first time and a lady named Crystal told me I was harassing the facility and would not forward my call to higher up. I understand HIPPA laws and tried to ask for hypothetical protocol, not specific information about my grandmother's care. Very shameful and dissapointing to be accused of harassing with one phone call seeking clarification. This facility is ignorant to the history and dynamics of my grandmother's life, and I guarantee if she was aware that she was being cut off from me, she would not be OK w/ it. Very tacky, inhumane, and unprofessional. Attorneys will be involved.
