Miguel, marketing director, he gave us a wonderful tour. He gave us the information we asked for and was very was well acquainted with schedules and staff. His information will help me make an an informed decision when the time comes. He had no problem visiting with my mom. I know that when the time comes to decide for mom, I will definitely make Ivy Park Milpitas her home. I also, will highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I had to take a few moments to leave a review on the outstanding experience my family had with your marketing director Miguel. He was professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Miguel put our uneasy minds right at ease. When the time came to make the decision for my moms care we knew exactly where we felt she would receive the best services and attention. I’m confident in Ivy Park Milpitas because of caring staff members like Miguel Mom has moved in and is loving it and we couldn’t have thanked Miguel enough.

When searching for an assisted living home for a family member we toured 8 facilities. Westmont stood out with its clean, bright and welcoming atmosphere but honestly it’s the staff that makes it home. Mina especially, who went far above and beyond for us, made the transition as easy as possible. Her dedication went past her workday, calling us after work hours to check in with us. Her professional, calm, and very caring demeanor reassured us that Westmont was the perfect place for our loved one.

Do not go near signing a contract With this corporation. They make it seem like family and friends, but they’re really after your money. I signed the contract, felt coerced and they took my $6000 Deposit. All within three days When I needed to change my mind. DONT GO NEAR Meghan. She signs you up for independent living, then starts giving you rules and regulations about how you can’t bring anybody else and help and it’s all for assisted living apparently. If You want a camera in your apartment, just forget it. It’s your word against the Caregiver’s. She says it’s not a complete signature if you don’t sign for this, but I didn’t and now she’s holding me to the contract. I hate that woman.
