Came for a tour of the place to see if it's a good place to have a family member stays when the time comes. Miguel Nevarez, the marketing director, was very professional, friendly and pleasant to chat with. He answered all my questions and concerns and gave us a tour of the facility, amenities and residential units. Place is well maintained and staffs are warm and friendly. Residents we came across seem to be happy and enjoying their stay. I would feel very comfortable having my family member stays there.

My mom has been living at the community for two years now, and I’ve noticed some wonderful positive changes since Ivy Park took over. She’s become much more involved in the activities and even joins the outings outside the community. It makes me so happy to see her staying active, social, and truly enjoying herself. When she first moved in, I was worried because she was hesitant about the transition, but seeing her now—happy, engaged, and thriving—has brought me so much peace of mind. My wife and I also always have a good time when we visit during their events. I am happy she made the move.

Miguel, marketing director, he gave us a wonderful tour. He gave us the information we asked for and was very was well acquainted with schedules and staff. His information will help me make an an informed decision when the time comes. He had no problem visiting with my mom. I know that when the time comes to decide for mom, I will definitely make Ivy Park Milpitas her home. I also, will highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I had to take a few moments to leave a review on the outstanding experience my family had with your marketing director Miguel. He was professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Miguel put our uneasy minds right at ease. When the time came to make the decision for my moms care we knew exactly where we felt she would receive the best services and attention. I’m confident in Ivy Park Milpitas because of caring staff members like Miguel Mom has moved in and is loving it and we couldn’t have thanked Miguel enough.
