I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at Westminster Health Center. My mother experienced a fall in August fracturing her ankle leaving her immobile, and from the moment of admission, the team made the entire process seamless. Cookie, who works in the front office, was the first person I met. She checked on my mother every single day and always ensured her needs were met. Her compassion and work ethic are truly unmatched. If the healthcare industry had more individuals like Mrs. Cookie, it would be a much better place. No matter how many times my family called, she remained patient, kind, and professional whether setting appointments, coordinating transportation, or ensuring staff were present to assist. Nurse Keisha, thank you for always going above and beyond for my mother. Your care and dedication did not go unnoticed. Mrs. Lavern, CNA, thank you for the tender, loving care you provided daily. You had such a tremendous impact on my mother’s healing process, and we will never forget you. If you’re searching for a rehabilitation center for your loved one, I highly recommend Westminster Health Center. We moved here a year ago into Independent living and couldn’t be happier. Neighbors are wonderful. So many activities to be involved with. Entertainment is high quality. Dining excellent. Everything is done for you , so all you have to do is relax and enjoy. Scenery beautiful on the grounds and all shopping is close by. We feel very fortunate to have family around us and just have a good time. Westminster Oaks is the best for us.

I have had an outstanding experience with the Westminster Oaks Fitness group beginning when I moved in Sept 1, 2024. At that time, I realized that I needed to improve my physical condition. The Fitness staff, facilities and classes have all contributed to the very positive results and benefits that I am continuing to experience. The Fitness staff is made up of great and friendly people and is especially caring, understanding, professional and are always responsive with suggestions to any question that I raise. They also clearly understand and respond to the particular needs of an aged group of participants, helping me (and I think all others) feel "on top of the world." An added benefit of participating in Westminster Oaks Fitness activities is that I continue to meet and enjoy other residents participating in the classes.

I’ve been living at Westminster Oaks for a year. I live on the 5th floor in a well-laid-out apartment. I have gorgeous expansive views from my windows of beautiful big trees, colorful flowers, and interesting birds. Everyone I have met is friendly and welcoming. Moving was a big transition for me, and the residents and staff have gently and kindly helped me to belong. I’m happy and at peace, with so many opportunities to keep as busy as I want. This is a wonderful place for seniors.
