My husband and I have been spending time at Watersound Fountains for 2 years. The people there are wonderful they plan so many activities. Shopping trips, going to eat at great restaurants, wonderful party’s for all holidays, and a lot of amazing sweet and kind residence that live there. If you are looking for a great place it live this is it !!!

Hello We are soon to be residents at Watersound Fountains. We have visited several times and our reception has been very welcoming. Tonight we enjoyed a delicious meal. The service was exceptional and we met several welcoming residents. BUT what I most want to celebrate is the exceptional staff they have. Our Chrissy went out of her way to accommodate all of our needs. She went above and beyond what is required to find the perfect “home” for us. I highly recommend visiting and getting a tour. Come and see what you might be missing.

Watersound Fountains hosted our Seagrove Garden Club meeting and they were fantastic! The facility is beautiful and they staff was wonderful to work with from table arrangements to delicious food. If you haven’t seen this place, be sure to check it out!

This is a relatively new concept in retirement living. Watersound is a new rental community offering full service dining, activities, healthcare, and even a concierge floor. The facilities are immaculate. We had a chance to eat in one of the 4 restaurants and the food was plentiful and outstanding. Great pool, and location is perfect. Close to doctors, shopping, etc. Misty McCranie the sales director does a superb job of highlighting all the benefits of the facility. The rental price is comparable to other retirement places where you need to buy in. Watersound will be a great place to enjoy your retirement years.
