This community is beautiful and it feels warm and welcoming. Declan always has something unique and exciting planned for the residents, creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere. The building is very well maintained and always smells fresh and clean. The resident rooms are thoughtfully designed with spacious layouts that feel comfortable. It’s clear the team takes great pride in providing a wonderful environment for those who live here. The memory care is especially inviting and always bustling with activity.

After touring many facilities I found Watercrest to be the most charming, accommodating, well kept, with the most affable staff. The food is very good and the activities are very fun. Family night is a great way to experience the heart of Watercrest.

Watercrest is beautiful, welcoming and spotlessly clean. I recently had to make the tough decision to place my mother into memory care, and after touring many places, I knew immediately that Watercrest was “the one” as soon as I visited. The way they have created a village center - “Market Street” within the memory care area is so creative, and a delightful environment. As lovely as the facility is, it’s truly the staff that makes Watercrest the best place for us. Their kindness, dedication, patience and professionalism is evident throughout the facility in all situations. I am grateful every day that my mother is safe in their care.

I'm updating my review. My first was 1 star. Since then, things have improved. Nursing staff is good. The other caregivers are decent but some are still unkind. And there's not enough. The kitchen is in constant flux. There hasn't been good management for a long time. You never really know what you're getting or when. But the dining room is very nice. The person who runs activities, Loren, is awesome. Very personable and hard working. The director is moving into a different position. Someone from corporate is coming in until they hire one. Never know what's going to happen. The people that live here are great. It's a nice social community.
