My mom and I came to Watercrest and were welcomed with open arms. The place was so very nice and the staff were so accommodating. Diane answered all our questions and made us feel like family. The entire staff are wonderful. Upon mom’s first day they rolled out a red carpet and had staff and residents welcomed mom. We are so very happy Mom is here and so is she.

I looked at 12 facilities between Palm Beach County and Lucie County for my mom whom we were moving from NY to a living facility in Florida so that she could get the care she now needed at age 90. When I walked into Watercrest St. Lucie West it felt very different. The residents were smiling, happy and enjoying this beautiful facility and outdoor spaces. I spoke to several of the residents during my visit and asked how they liked it there and all their responses were similar “the staff and people are wonderful”. I met with Diann, the Community Relations Director, who was so warm and caring and introduced me to some of the staff and residents by name and I could sense the connection she had with the people there. It’s been almost 2 weeks now that we moved my mom to Watercrest and I can see the care they give her and to each of their residents and their families. I definitely feel like we found her a happy place to call home and I know she will get wonderful loving care from their entire team. Thank you Diann, Bobi, Michelle, Tom, Gilly, Connie and your entire team that help to make Watercrest this special place. February 2026 marks the first full year my mom moved into Watercrest St. Lucie and we continue to be pleased with the level of care of the entire team. A wonderful place for a loved one to call home!

My grandma is very happy here. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating, especially considering her language barrier. I’m so grateful to watercrest for giving her a loving, peaceful, and welcoming home.

My mom moved here over 5 years ago and it was the best thing for her after my dad passed away. She would have been all alone in a big house in New York. The Watercrest has in my opinion has prolonged her life . The activities ( bingo , blackjack , entertainment , parties and special events etc.) here keep her busy all day . She had made many friends. The facility itself is immaculate almost like a 5 star hotel. The staff including management, entertainment , food and wait staff committee and all the aides and the medical team are great. My mom is well taken care of and the whole team here goes above and beyound. This has become my mom’s home now and she loves it. I do not regret the decision for her to go there one bit.
