The building is welcoming and bright. There has been a lot of improvements going on indoors and outdoors. I love that pets are welcome to live with the residents! There is a beauty shop/ barber room, a chapel, a library, an exercise area, a huge activity/ multi purpose room, quiet areas for visiting, games and puzzles. Family and friends are always welcome. There is a calendar put out each month full of activities, weekly shopping, live music and happy hour, celebrations, outings, and so much more. Emily the activity director always has the cutest and most creative decorations and ideas for anything and everything going on. She and the other staff are involved, active, and enjoying interacting with the residents. Very nice dining area full of windows on one wall. Beautiful buffet put together often. Chef and kitchen staff encourage resident input. I truly enjoy the time i get to spend there!

I teach chair yoga at Walden Place and have had the privilege of doing so for almost 5 years. The staff are always kind and considerate. The residence are joyful and content. The space has had many updates in the past two years. It feels light and open, clean and efficient. Walden Place seems like a good fit for many folks, wanting to stay active in their later years. I’m happy to be a part of the community.

I dont know what happened but all the great people that worked here are gone. The place is a mess and when I came in I couldn't find anyone to help me. When I was finally greeted by the new manager I asked to talk to Eddy or shalena in sales and was told they were gone and felt like I was annoying him by asking.
