I have been dealing with Heather with the transition of my parents to independent living. She has been excellent to work with. You can tell she genuinely cares about the placement of the people she’s working with. Her accommodations, and attentiveness are spot on. She’s willing to answer , and thoroughly explain any questions. She’s will guide you through a very mentally draining process effortlessly. We are very thankful for her.

I cannot begin to thank you enough for your hospitality and for all the information I was given during my visit to your facility. Everyone was very gracious especially Rebecca! She has the ability to understand the difficult position that I have shared. I can definitely encourage others to visit because I believe your community is the top in our area!

A year later this is an update. We had Highwinds two months ago that caused more of this fence now to fall down. It has been down like this for over two months. That is plenty of time to have a fence fixed. I feel bad for these retirees that spent a lot of money to move in here and now we’re looking at this Fence down for so long. This facility is only a couple of years old. But as with anything it requires maintenance. They seem to not maintenance their property. They have a fence that they put up when the place was built a couple of years ago and it was damaged last summer. The whole panel was out, then in January or February due to Highwinds and ice and cold temperatures and one panel already missing another panel blew out. Now more of the fence is bent too. I'm assuming more panels will follow. If they aren't maintaining what you see I can't imagine how their maintaining the things you can't see so well from the outside.
