Be careful if you are considering this facility for your loved ones. It looks flashy and nice; however, costly and underserved now. Our mom has been here since last summer and the level of care has continued to go down hill since then. The little staff they have is great; however, they are overworked and their needs overlooked by the ownership / management group. One nurse, and one aid on evening shift aiding 42 residents is not enough. And when we speak to the management, we get nowhere. It takes over an hour at times for an aid to respond to me, my siblings, or Mom when pushing the button requesting help. AND THATS WHEN WE ARE THERE, What happens when we are not there? At times we have walked the halls and couldn't find a person for 15 minutes to ask for help for Mom. Our mothers’ clothes are not getting washed, sheets are not being changed, beds not being made, and showers not given. Apparently, Omni Lifestyle Living owns the properties, and contracts out the management to another company. Therefore, they have no direct contact, nor do they appear to care about our family members wellbeing. Do your homework!

Vitalia is a beautiful facility. The community is wonderful. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. They offer many different activities for everyone. If you have a suggestion for another activity, Justina always finds a way to make it happen. Everyone is friendly to one another. It feels like one big family. I spend time in this community 3-4 times a week and I find it to be very warm and friendly. The facility is kept very clean. I recommend this community to everyone.

Mom loves this place, I love this place. The aides, nurses, kitchen staff all keep things interesting and are really the heartbeat of this place. Khadijah and Tracy in the Assisted Living kitchen and dining room at breakfast are awesome together. There’s a lot of facilities, some nicer than others, but its the staff you trust with you loved one and I couldn’t recommend this one more.

I was hired to stop by and play Santa at their Christmas brunch. My experience with Vitalia NR was enjoyable and effortless from start to finish. My communication with Justina (Resident Services Director) was prompt and informative. And then I arrive. Beautiful facility. Clean and spacious. I was greeted warmly by the staff there. And the residents were kind and receptive. Tracy was Santa's little helper, guiding me from building to building, as this campus is quite impressive. Without her, I'd still be there wandering the halls to this day 😅. She even brought me to some of the residents' rooms that she knew weren't attending the brunch so I could pay them a personal visit. It was great. Upon the event's conclusion, I was given a to-go box of food to take with me. Each and every item was great. I expected edible, but that meal was delectable. This was my first time playing Santa at an assisted living facility and know that the standard has been set. I had a great time mingling, singing, and taking pictures with all of the residents and their families. You can tell by their general disposition that they are well cared for. Thank you, Justina, for giving me the chance to bring some Christmas cheer to your residents and staff. I'm looking forward to stopping back through next year. 😁🎅🏾
