The aides here at Vitalia Mentor are great. Candice was doing a puzzle with my mom when I walked in and she always jokes around with her. Yolanda is the best with the showers, dressing, activities and noticing issues with Mom that need to be addressed. Bre and Jai are wonderful. Bre is so good with cheerful after dinner spelling games and other activities. Jai has started bringing the residents outside to the back pond which is fantastic, and she will also hold a calm, patient conversation with Mom to distract her when needed. Jden, Tony and Danielle all give exceptional care and courtesy to the residents while serving dinner I noticed. I just wanted to say thanks for everyone’s work, Mom is doing well. It is appreciated

While my mom is not ready to take the next step into assisted living, after visiting Vitalia in Mentor, I know this is a place I would want her to stay. Every part of it is beautiful, the facility inside and out, the amenities and the staff... Especially Joanna, she was a wonderful hostess and has been in touch since our visit.

My Mom has been a resident of Vitalia Mentor since the first week it opened. As any business has had its ups and down - I can say we have experienced the same with Arrow/Vitalia......it is just the world today......but one thing shines clear. The staff there cares about my Mom. They listen to us. They pull together when they are short staffed. My mom is safe there. She has friends there. I do not lose one night of sleep over her safety or well-being at Vitalia. I believe having the executive team of Mark and Chloe has made an enormous impact on the spirits of the residents and progress in transparency. They feel heard. When you see the genuine hugs between staff and residents - the smiles on the residents’ faces - you know your person is in the right place.

Kudos to Carmela RSD for always helping the residence and having fun. The game system she uses for the residence to do bowling and other fun games is amazing! It would be wonderful if the facility could get more systems like that For all the residents! Again, Carmela rocks! Kathy McCarthy Send
