Chloe Luce was our tour guide and director that showed us the Vitalia facility and explained everything thoroughly and very clearly. She was very professional and kind hearted regarding our personal situation. She is an important asset to the company!

Although brand new and clean, it is stupidly made. Residents are served 3 meals a day plus a 24/7 snack bar yet they have a full kitchen that is simply a waste of space. Have their own washer/dryer but no laundry cabinet. Bathroom vanities are large cabinets and no drawers, how do they expect seniors to get essentials without crawling in the cabinet? Very high ceilings which could have been used as 3 feet of noise insulation (wheelchairs and walkers overhead). They were also promised cleaning services which hasn't happened or is barely done.

I'm in Assisted Living. The most important and pleasant items are the interactions with others in the Dining areas and seeing the smiling faces when conversing as well as the many activities that are available.

We very much enjoyed our tour in Mentor. Valeria was extremely helpful and friendly, very bubbly and explained all of our concerns answered all of our questions. Also, we had a very nice lunch afterward. Vitalia seems to be a very good option when there is a need for adult living community, this is something we will address again in a year or two
