Vista Pointe at Lake Havasu City

My mom moved into Prestige a year ago. We are very pleased with the excellent, cheerful, helpful staff at Prestige. We are very happy with the care my mom is receiving. The food and activities are very good. She really enjoys the live music every month. It’s great to see her have more friends there than she ever has before.

Peace of mind for us -- because we know our step-mother is safe and secure, her basic needs for health, comfort, cleanliness are monitored and addressed. She is always treated with respect and genuine love. She is surrounded by friendly smiles, cordial greetings and good humor. She is very happy in her home at Prestige at Lake Havasu. When we take her to her condo, where she lived for many years, she is always eager to return HOME after only an hour or two. In her 90's, she came to Prestige a couple years ago after a terrible fall at her condo that caused severe head injuries. The quality of care she has received has been phenomenal and undoubtedly has contributed to her recovery. Dazed and confused at first, she was very reticent to participate; she wouldn't even take off her coat! But with patience and loving attention, she has become actively involved in many exercise, games, parties, etc. WE love visiting Prestige because we are always greeted so pleasantly, first by the residents who are in the lobby or dining room, and by Carol at the front desk who has the biggest, brightest smile, by Denise who always is helpful with paperwork, or just important information we need to know, and by Billie, who has everybody doing something fun! We really appreciate the longevity of the personnel as the confidence and trust just builds as we continue to work with them.

Many, many thanks to Prestige. After dealing with my mother's failing health and dementia, for over two years, when it came time to address my father's dementia, thank goodness fro Prestige. Approximately ten months ago it was time. My father couldn't continue to live at home by himself. We had previous contact with the folks at Prestige, so we admitted him to Expressions for Alzheimer's /Dementia and after a short time the Prestige staff did a few interviews with dad and THEY determined that dad was not having enough brain stimulation. Prestige staff suggested we move him to the assisted living section of Prestige.Today dad is extremely happy, healthy and leading a normal life at Prestige. Very helpful with every thing. Going through this experience for the first time is very confusing, both for the parents and their children. The staff working at Prestige really gets you through painlessly. They are incredibly sweet and kind to my parents. I would recommend Prestige to every one trying to place their parents in a wonderful home.
