I have enjoyed living here. Grounds and hallways have gone down hill under last 2 managers. High turn over in management. Have reported that rent cafe has not worked for weeks so far nothing. Still feel safe and overall happy here.

I love living here. All the staff is friendly polite and the complex is well maintained. We have activities and holiday celebrations. We don't have to leave the building to do our laundry or dump the trash. The workers do a great job of keeping the common areas clean. I feel safe and secure living here. I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. I'm so happy and comfortable. I plan to spend the rest of my life here. Our Manager is kind, caring, and goes the extra mile to help us. Big Big Thank You To All The Staff ❤️

Thank you Vintage Zinfandel and mainly Yesenia Castillejos for helping my Mom with a recent move to Vin Zin. Yesenia was beyond helpful in the process and frankly without her guidance and patience, we would have not been able to pull this off. Yesenia was thorough, responsive, kind and really took the time to answer all of our questions. Getting my Mom closer to family in the Bay Area is a dream come true and honestly, I will feel grateful for Yesenia forever. Her work made a real impact on us. I experienced difficulty with the dishwasher in my apartment at Vintage Zinfandel. Yesenia quickly got people to help me resolve the problem. The dishwasher person found that I needed a new machine. A beautiful new dishwasher was brought to my apartment and quickly and expertly installed. The person who did the installation (not sure of his name) gave me some tips on what would be the best way to use the appliance. All in all I was very happy with the service and am enjoying my new washer.
