    Something is bad wrong here. This is supposed to be low income senior housing. The rents are excessive and unaffordable for most low income seniors. There needs to be State and Federal investigations into this low income senior housing which receives significant tax breaks and subsidies. A 1BR dated apartment here is 556 sf (almost a Studio). The 1BR rent is $1354/mo, plus utilities. These rents are supposed to be 60% of equivalent market rents; Not even close. Rents are so high there are empty apartments. On information and belief, this is among the most expensive low income senior housing in Sacramento County. This low income senior housing is owned by USA Properties Fund, Inc. They are a private, for-profit Corporation. Higher rents mean fatter profits. There needs to be State and Federal investigations into their rent pricing.

    This apartment complex is amazing. The staff treats everyone with respect. My grandma love Monica the apartment manager and she says great things about Hector the maintenance man. Thank you for taking great care of my grandma.

    Vintage Willow Creek is a great place to live. Moved in two months ago from another sister property and this too is a beautiful property with great management and maintenance staff. Close to shopping and near scenic trails.
