Hi, my name is Bruce pack. I live in vintage terrace apartments. Carmen, Saika, Angel, and Alex all very nice and very helpful. Carmen and Saika are always smiling!!!! They come and fix right away when we have aproblem. Everyone is very polite.

This place is remarkable. The management team, Saika & Carmen are always available to us with a warm smile/ their undivided attention. They are consistently maintaining our homes & common areas with the expertise of maintenance with Alex & Angel. The exterior of our homes have been recently painted. All the residents I have met are so friendly. It is a gated community which makes me feel safe. And it allows me to walk around the grounds whenever I want to.

Carmen and Saika did an Excellent job and we are very grateful for all their help. Everyone here are very nice and kind. My husband and I are glad and thankful there are people like Carmen and Saika here at Vintage Terrace to help with everything we need.
