I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vintage Park of Paola. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth and genuine care. The staff here go above and beyond—not only meeting the day-to-day needs of residents, but also taking the time to truly connect with them. My dad has been living here for a year now and the difference in his happiness, comfort, and overall well-being has been remarkable. The caregivers treat him like family, showing patience, kindness, and respect in every interaction. The activities and programs are thoughtfully designed to keep residents engaged, active, and social. I also appreciate how clean, safe, and welcoming the entire community feels—it gives our family so much peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands. Most importantly, my dad feels at home here. He often talks about how much he enjoys the meals, the friendly atmosphere, and the sense of community. Vintage Park Paola is one of my favorite places that I get to help residence. You walk in the door and it’s like a big family. I have seen the same employee faces year after year so that speaks volumes of the leader ship. I have to work my schedule around the residence, busy activities, which I think is awesome. They get to have a second breath of life in their later years. It would not bother me one bit to have to place my mother here at Paola Vintage Park because I know she will be well taken care of when the time comes. I see many people for home care and when I know they’re ready for a transition. I always refer them to Paola Vintage Park.

We've had the privilege of working with the staff and residents of Vintage Park Paola for several months now and it's been a great experience. Lisa keeps things running smoothly, Hannah shows obvious care for the residents and keeps the activities fresh and exciting, and Steve keeps the facility in immaculate condition. I would recommend this as a new home to my own family.
