Vintage Canyon Senior Apartments

The location and neighborhood is nice, close to downtown Brea and shopping. Grounds and apartments are decent enough. Parking is terrible. Only TWO visitors parking spots and most of the time have workmen’s trucks parked there. BUT the manager is horrible. She intimidates the seniors on a daily basis, acts like she is nice but in reality, she is mean, confrontational and threatens them with being evicted if she doesn’t like something said or expressed opinion of her or her actions. She should not have a job dealing with elderly people, she should be more suited as a matron at a prison or perhaps working at a juvenile detention center. She is a detriment to the well being mentally, and recently physically to the seniors, for example, a 3 story building with two elevator's and has both of them out of order on the same day without regard to the physical ability of some of the tenants with walkers or physical limitations. She should be removed and replaced with someone that has compassion and sincere caring for the elderly and seniors. She is rude to the family members, friends and caregivers of the tenants. She is a perfect example of who NOT to give authority or in a management position. If you go to check it out, beware she pretends to be nice but is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Her predecessor Natalia was the perfect manager, loved by all and kind thoughtful and compassionate, but unfortunately she was replaced with this person.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vintage Canyon Senior Apartments while searching for a new home for my father-in-law, who currently resides in Northern California. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the facility. I had the opportunity to meet Alisa Hernandez, the manager, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Alisa Hernandez made me feel at ease and was more than happy to answer all my questions. A special thank you to Alisa for your kindness and support during my visit. I have visited quite a few homes in my search, and I have never had this type of kind experience before. The level of care and attention I received truly stood out, and I left feeling optimistic about this potential new home for my father-in-law. Thank you sincerely, Marie

Parking! They only have 2 Visitors Parking! When you have loved ones living here it makes it hard for Visitors. If you come for a overnight visit, good luck! My mother has a cleaning lady who can never find Parking. Meals on Wheels have a hard time making deliveries. The complex is beautiful! My mother loves it here, but complains we can't visit 😢 💔 it breaks my heart for the elderly here, some elderly don't get out of there homes & don't receive Visitors because of the Parking. PARKING IS A BIG ISSUE HERE!!
