Vintage at Sycamore

From the moment my husband & met Tara, the manager, we were welcomed and made to feel comfortable. She answered all of our many questions with patience & knowledge. We love it here so much. She has given us prompt attention when we had a few minor issues that needed maintenance, and followed up to make sure the issue was resolved. We interviewed at many apartments, and this was by far the best and most positive caring experience. Tara welcomes feedback and cares very much for thr tenents. I have recommended several people to Vintage At Sycamore.

This has been an amazing place for my mother in law to live at. Very affordable, clean and well maintained. The manager, Taira has been nothing but helpful, from getting her approved to always being helpful and available for answering questions. I would highly recommend living here.

The repairs I needed done in my apartment were done correctly & a couple of issues only needed adjustments. The only issue is that maintenance needs to come to do work in a more timely manner so tenants are not having to wait for work to be done.

I didn’t want to give even one star. I would recommend replacing on-site manager, regional manager and Ben as maintenance. Hire more COMPETENT employees who are PROPERLY trained and know how to treat tenants and their situations with kindness and respect. There is very little sense of "community" here. I, personally, have been accused of MANY things I have never done… I have been harrassed, falsely accused several times, I’ve been threatened, accused of lease violations (I have never violated any lease!), etc. We are constantly being watched via the security cameras. This is like a prison with STRICT wardens rather than giving us a sense of "home" and community. I have been blocked from being able to speak to the owners about all this. I want to move and since I have been continually forced to move by management for NO valid reason, I believe USA Prop Fund company, the owners of this property, should pay for my moving expenses. I do NOT want to live, for whatever time I have left, in such a TOXIC environment!
