I just moved in about a couple months ago after living in my own condo for the past 25 years. I was very anxious about moving but Gloria and Raul were so helpful, accommodating and extremely patient with me and made this transition so smooth and easy. The complex is very quiet and super clean. I am looking forward to living here.

My experience with Vintage Stonehaven was taking a property tour and meeting the manager, Jesus. I was just a prospective tenant but Jesus could not have been more friendly, professional & informative. He took the time (on his day off) to tell me every detail of the complex, showed me a 1 bedroom and explained all the amenities. I left the property with the decision to sign the lease unfortunately a family issue has forced me to change my plans. I’ve lived in many OC apt communities in my day and never ever have I met such an outstanding person & manager as Jesus.

I am coming up on 2 years of living at Vintage at Stonehaven Apartments and from the process of getting on the waiting list, to move in on June 10, 2021 to now the entire experience has been excellent. The Administration staff is kind, courteous and professional and responds to questions and/or needs in a timely manner oftentimes giving recommendations to newcomers and residents. The Maintenance staff is responsive within a 24 - 48 hours of initiating a request and they too are professional, considerate and courteous. The grounds are beautifully managed, pool is well maintained as is the patio furniture having recently been replaced. Laundry facilities are clean and the process for utilizing their App is easy. I would like to commend Gloria in Administration and Carlos and Jose in the Maintenance Department for their consciousness, cheerful personalities and dedication to keeping Vintage at Stonehaven a lovely place to live and always willing to assist residents with a varied cache of needs. Excellent!
