Vintage at Snowberry Senior Apartments

I don’t live here but am a home health provider who has the worst time with parking at this complex. There is NEVER any visitor parking so I have no where to park to see patients. There are always multiple “future residents” and “staff” parking spots available, however when I called the office to see if I could temporarily park in one of them for 20-30 min max, the office said “management wouldn’t allow it” (why?) and that I would have to park on street (shocker, there’s NO street parking). I told the office that considering it is a SENIOR community, they need to provide additional parking for home health providers being that there are many of us servicing residents throughout the week. The complex is huge and we shouldn’t be forced into street parking when A. There is none available and B. There are other parking spots available that management just chooses to be difficult about for no valid reason.

It’s a very nice place for Seniors to live. Complaint: three cars were burglarized, items taken sometime between 07/30 and 07/31 in the late evening early morning. Vintage at Snowberry needs to consider higher gates or cameras is a much better safety measure near the back along the side where the maintenance building is located. They jumped over 4/5 foot gate, dropping a purse taken from one of the cars. All three car windows were busted out and items remove from the cars. If safety measures are not considered, it will happen again. This is costly for seniors who have very limited income.

As a long time resident, I want to give a high five to our maintenance men! They are so kind and thoughtful. As well as polite, respectful and courteous. Not to forget that they are excellent at their job. It is not always easy to work with seniors; I also worked around seniors in my occupation for 23 years. It is a gift from God to help seniors as a full time job. They also communicate gently with us. So, that is my review for our men who are so important to the smooth running of our facility. Talking about dignity. This is the place to live with dignity! I’m pretty sure that most of the tenants agree with my opinion. Peacefully, secure, clean and enjoyable place to live. Kindly professional management, and very caring maintenance crew.
