Moving parents halfway across the state into assisted living is an emotional and logistical challenge. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing. From the start, the leadership team — Michelle, Clarence, Tom, Terri, and Laura — went above and beyond to navigate my parents' complex needs, including limited mobility, mid-stage Alzheimer’s, and their beloved small dog. I want to give a special mention to the Executive Director, Michelle. Her true care for the residents and their families is the heartbeat of this community; she leads with a level of empathy and dedication that gave us confidence from day one. In just three months, the transformation in my parents' health has been remarkable. Thanks to consistent medication management, nutritious meals, and a safe environment, we have seen an end to falls and a massive increase in my parents' overall well-being. The care team feels like family, and the halls are filled with genuine laughter, camaraderie, and interaction. I am profoundly grateful that my parents are part of this incredible community. It hasn't just improved their lives; it has given me immense peace of mind. Thank you, Vineyard Park, for all you do!

My family member absolutely loves this facility. It has been an absolute game changer with regards to her increased quality, productive life . Many of the employees act more like what you would want your chosen family to be like. Facility appears well maintained. Activities galore. Food servers and meal choices are very nice. Medical needs are closely monitored, and staff is truly involved and knowledgeable. Very grateful for this place.

We have had the privilege of having our parents as residents at Vineyard for the last 6 months. We have had nothing but an amazing experience at this assisted living. We have been met with kindness and professionalism at every turn. When my father was at the end of his life, he was cared for with dignity, compassion, respect and love. The staff embraced my father as their own, and made sure he was taken care of with every single decision that was needed to be made. They held us and cried with us at the end, making sure we knew he was surrounded with love. Michelle and Clarence showed up to be with us at 1am to look over every detail, and not only cared for my dad, but they were there for us as a family, so we never felt alone. You would never find that kind of intimate love and care at any other facility. The care staff are now there as we help my mother transition to living alone. They take care of all her meds, needs and care. The kitchen staff greet her by name when she calls down to order a meal. They know her voice! If you are considering moving your loved one to this facility, I whole heartedly recommend Vineyard of Bothell. We have found not just a facility, but a welcoming family there!

My mom went into Vineyard park in Aug 2024. It is a well kept - nicely appointed facility. Issues with the unit are handled well and timely with Tom the facilities manager. The executive director, Michelle, truly cares about the residents and their individual needs. The nurse, Clarence we consider family! He oversaw my mom after a hip break and getting her back into the facility. Nirali and the other med techs also communicate well esp given all the confusion surrounding unplanned overnite stays. We’ve had some interference with my moms care from a family member and vineyard always does what is in my moms best interest and within her legal rights as a resident. They communicate well and openly with us given the difficult circumstances. We tried 3 other facilities and this is the one and only facility that has supported moms needs appropriately.
