I cannot say enough about the incredible care, compassion, and professionalism that Michelle brings to Vineyard Memory Care. From the very first moment we met her, she made us feel supported, understood, and at ease during what is often an emotional and overwhelming time for families. Michelle has a special gift—her kindness and empathy shine through in every interaction. She treats each resident with genuine love and respect, and she goes above and beyond to make sure families feel welcome and reassured. It’s clear that she truly cares about the well-being of every individual who enters the community. Thanks to Michelle, the transition into memory care was not only smooth but filled with warmth and hope. She made us feel like family. Vineyard Memory Care is incredibly fortunate to have someone like her leading with heart. Thank you, Michelle, for all you do—you are a true blessing!

Great place to be! From the friendly and knowledgeable caregivers to the supportive facility staff, everything has been great. The meals are curated by a great chef and kitchen staff! Awesome looking and tasting food that just shows that the kitchen staff care about the residents meal needs. I have even seen the chef visit the residents during meal time checking on resident meals. Nowhere else have I seen that in the previous 5 facilities I had been to in my spouse’s needs from rehabilitation facilities and previous memory care facility. Having my spouse with a room to himself makes a huge difference in his sleeping habits and my visits knowing that personal privacy is available when wanted. To include having his own bathroom! Super bonus! Again, the staff has been very good in all aspects of taking care of my spouse! They ask questions to ensure my spouse is comfortable and included in daily activities at the facility. Staff call residents by their names! That makes me feel great knowing they feel like the people they are taking care of are like family, in my opinion. Not just a number. The activities at the facility are encouraging for residents to participate from arts and crafts to musical guests and everything in between! I even seen the “Price is Right” mock up show with a huge Plinko game….totally impressive that the events coordinator came up with such a great show game for the residents to engage in. At other facilities I have found my spouse needing to be changed many times, and I mean MANY times when I visited, but not here! In three months of residency and daily visits I have only found my spouse to be needing changed ONCE in my visits! I believe this staff have things well managed and supported to do their jobs as caregivers. Let me tell you that I finally have been sleeping better and feeling better knowing my spouse is in good hands at Vineyard! Especially since finding out that caregivers don’t change assigned residents every few days, this gives better care in consistency knowing the “ins and outs” of residents they handle. And gives me peace of mind that I don’t have to “retell” how to best handle my spouse with his quirks and habits every few days. 😁 With the facility having a waiting list to get occupancy, I truly see why there is a waitlist…..it simply is the best memory care facility around. ***Update as of January 2026**** Seems things have changed…. Struggles with keeping the right staffing seems to be the norm among memory care facilities as I have seen in previous facilities. Not sure if after room prices were raised citing cost of operating costs and to increase staff wages resulted in more staffing to battle the ever increasing need to care for our loved ones with dignity and respect. Overall the staff tries to do what they can when needed. Food is still great! Management listens to my concerns. The facility upkeep is getting done thanks to the hiring of a great facility manager. The holiday family get togethers / parties were superb! Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas! The facility tries, I will give them that! More updates at time comes. 😁

First impressions played a big role in selecting Vineyard for my husband. I had been to 5 other communities before visiting Vineyard and I must say that the first person you meet—the sales/marketing director—plays a huge role in forming first impressions. At Vineyard Michelle McClintic knocked the first meeting and tour out of the park. She exhibits a very high level of professionalism, and represents the product she has to sell proudly, without hyperbole and what she told us was what was delivered! She followed up immediately to answer all questions regardless of time of day. She was very thorough and anticipated what we needed to know. This was a drastic change from other sales directors in their properties. In fact in one place I couldn’t get far enough away after dealing with the sales director. My husband entered Vineyard memory care, beginning of March, 2025. Our experience has been excellent. All of the caretakers are very empathetic competent and kind. There is always someone around to help my husband. The activities are fun and many Residents join in. They do exercises Play card games go on outings. The meals are great and there is food Available between meals. The facility is beautiful, clean and bright At this point in my husband‘s life, this is exactly what he needs to maintain a good quality of life
