I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the exceptional care my parents received at Village Park, Milton. The level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication exhibited by the staff is outstanding. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The facility itself was immaculate, with well-maintained common areas and beautifully decorated living spaces. There is an abundance of natural light throughout. What truly sets VP apart is the quality of care provided. I cannot emphasize enough the level of compassion given to my parents by the care staff. The nurse pours her HEART into the residents and is exceptional at leading her care staff. They take the time to get to know each individual and family on a personal level. My parents required a higher level of care and the staff worked with us every step of the way to meet their unique needs. We are deeply grateful for the care received. Overall, I highly recommend Village Park to anyone seeking a luxury assisted living facility for their loved ones. The level of care, attention to detail, and commitment to residents' well-being are truly commendable. It is evident that the staff members go above and beyond to create a nurturing and vibrant community for all residents.

Terrible care & dangerous practices! If I could give ZERO stars I would. My mom pushed her call button and no one came. The policy is that they come within 15min. This has happened multiple times. This time, after an hour of waiting she had to call 911 to come check on her because she can’t get up off the couch for bed (they are suppose to help her into bed due to fall risk, give her medication and take her blood pressure). The paramedics said they did not see one single worker in the entire building when they went to Mom’s room. No one ever came even when Mom had to be taken to the hospital because her blood pressure was dangerously low because no one gave her the medication to keep it from dropping. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I could list 10 other terrible things that have happened but I think this one is enough. The building is pretty but that’s about all that is good about this place. PS. We called the “after hours urgent line” multiple times and got a recording to leave a message. I left a message & was never called back. That’s when we called 911.

The staff is amazing! There were always accommodating to my family's needs. The facility is beautiful and inviting. Lauren was amazing. She was always there with a smile and answered my questions promptly

Village Park Milton is an incredible facility with the best staff. They truly care about each individual that walks through their doors. Words can't do them justice. You and your loved ones will feel like family.
