Victorian Place is absolutely fantastic. My family member receives amazing care from an entire staff of skilled, dedicated, and most importantly, compassionate and caring individuals. This facility has been a life changer and i am thankful every day for the level of care they provide.

My mother was in Victorian Place in Cuba for two weeks in March. I had nothing to do with her admission. They lost internet and cell service and she was not made aware of it. I was unable to contact her as a consequence and removed her just days later. I discovered that she was never given her Miralax which doctors had told her to take regularly. There were a couple times when she had to ask for her Trelegy. There were also a number of items missing that were in her bathroom cabinet when she left along with a missing cell phone. Her vitals were not taken regularly although she is on multiple medications after having heart surgery. Not a place I would recommend.
