I had a wonderful experience at the Vi skilled nursing facility! A big thank you to Sarah in Ocupational Therapy who went above and beyond. Everyone is very pleasant, positive and encouraging! The food is very good with lots of choices. My room was very nice too. The recreational activities were varied and I especially enjoyed the music and art! Well run all around!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The constant noise from the trash trucks every morning is unbearable. They start blaring at 80+ decibels right outside my window at 6:30AM. It's like living next to a construction zone. Forget about sleeping in or getting any peace. This has been going on for far too long. It's not just a nuisance—it's disruptive, stressful, and a total invasion of my space!

My husband has been in the skilled nursing / rehab floor at Vi Care Center for five weeks. Under their skilled care and encouragement, he has gained energy and strength and is developing a sense of planning his moves and being safe ( i. e., minimizing the risk of falls). All the staff are professionals and communicate and perform as a team. When i leave (after a daily visit) i know he is watched and well taken care of. Susan P.

Vi at La Jolla is amazing and 5-stars is not enough for this community and their team. I have had the pleasure of working with Executive Chef Gonzalo and his team for a few years now and their commitment to excellence is second to none. They provide the absolute best food and culinary experience for their residents! In addition every time I visit the community the staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable and you can see that they love and know their residents so well. I’d highly recommend Vi at La Jolla!
