Vi at Highlands Ranch

The Vi senior living is the tops five star. Besides it being a beautiful place to live, it is filled with people that are so positive and full of joy. These committed to providing me with exceptional customer service such as they always seem to put us first in our needs many times the staff anticipate needs before I even think of them like I had a large item that I could not lift, and I needed to dispose of it and maintenance came up and took care of that for me if my sink should Stop up maintenance. Is there right away to take care of my needs? I feel like a princess the way they take care of us and they’re always warm and genuine about their attention. We have a valet service here for our cars that is beyond. They are the most positive people always there to help us with groceries or a problem with a car. We are truly catered to plus my car is parked in a garage under the building so it’s safe and protected As I am The food is over the top, the Waite staff so professional I feel like I’m dining at a five star hotel! Lifestyle offers the best activities. You cannot imagine how many wonderful places I have gone because of their activities and the wonderful speakers they bring and the musicians we truly are entertained to anything we are interested in and desire I cannot say enough outstanding things about the Vi. I’ve had the opportunity to experience Vi at Highlands Ranch both before and after its recent renovation, and I didn’t think it could become any more beautiful—but it did. The updated magazine-worthy designer interiors, elegant furniture selections, and gorgeous drapery that frame mountain views create a luxury resort atmosphere that makes you feel special. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by the warm, welcoming front desk team whose smiles set the tone for the property. I’ve met staff members from multiple departments, and what stands out is the consistency in their professionalism, high standards, and genuine commitment to residents. It’s especially impressive to see so many long-tenured staff, which speaks volumes about the culture and quality of the community. The elevated amenities and activities are outstanding and make daily life both convenient and engaging. My favorite touch was viewing photos of resident couples — a current photo shown alongside their wedding photo. It was such a warm fuzzy and personal display that exceptionally celebrates the residents and their stories. Vi offers a vibrant, welcoming, and gorgeous environment. It is absolutely worth a visit.

We moved to Vi in March 2025 from Florida. We choose the Highlands Ranch Vi because it is a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in the beautiful Denver Co metropolitan area. The campus has beautiful mountain views with walking and biking paths. There are several excellent shopping centers, hospitals and medical centers nearby. It offers a comprehensive transition of care on campus as our healthcare needs change either temporarily or permanent. The Vi is a perfect place for us. The staff and residents are friendly and from the first week were addressing us by name. We appreciate the 24 hr Valet indoor garage, 24 hr Concierge desk, weekly housekeeping, and responsive maintenance staff. We like our spacious 2 bed-room apartment with a balcony. We enjoy the three dining venues and take out service. An executive chef creates delicious menus with many choices and a full service bar. We often dine with fellow residents or invite family and friends to join us. We participate in the many activities offered on campus.The group activities and programs are organized and offer a variety of fitness exercise classes, stretch and balance yoga/tai chi, aqua aerobics There is an exercise/fitness room with PT. Organized card games, duplicate bridge, Euchre, Canasta, Mah Jongg, poker, dominos We have a variety of live speakers and cultural events on campus. We attend many off campus activities with transportation to cultural events, concerts, and special events. We are so glad to have found this wonderful place we call home.

I moved from South Carolina to the Vi 3 years ago & couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. I found the residents & staff caring and it didn’t take long to find friends & feel at home. The activities offered are outstanding & our exercise program is the best. The only problem is that there are so many wonderful & varied activities that we don’t have the time to do all we want. The food is excellent & the dining staff is outstanding. The valets, concierges, maintenance, house keeping, etc couldn’t be better. The Vi has it all!!!
