Vi at Highlands Ranch

I’ve had the opportunity to experience Vi at Highlands Ranch both before and after its recent renovation, and I didn’t think it could become any more beautiful—but it did. The updated magazine-worthy designer interiors, elegant furniture selections, and gorgeous drapery that frame mountain views create a luxury resort atmosphere that makes you feel special. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by the warm, welcoming front desk team whose smiles set the tone for the property. I’ve met staff members from multiple departments, and what stands out is the consistency in their professionalism, high standards, and genuine commitment to residents. It’s especially impressive to see so many long-tenured staff, which speaks volumes about the culture and quality of the community. The elevated amenities and activities are outstanding and make daily life both convenient and engaging. My favorite touch was viewing photos of resident couples — a current photo shown alongside their wedding photo. It was such a warm fuzzy and personal display that exceptionally celebrates the residents and their stories. Vi offers a vibrant, welcoming, and gorgeous environment. It is absolutely worth a visit.

My wife and I have lived at Vi Highlands Ranch for two years. We are delighted with our apartment. The unit was completely redone at Vi’s expense. Everything was put in new: appliances, floors, tile, countertops, cabinets, wall paint, etc. it was a real joy to move in. The staff is number one. The number of activities is also great: movies, live entertainment, university courses from Denver University, lectures by residents as well as outside experts, technical help from your TV to your smart phone and everything in between, an incredible array of exercise classes from pool exercises to yoga with an incredible variety. We have three restaurants with an incredible variety - in the main restaurant we have a choice of 12 entrees that rotate weekly. Most dishes are available to take to your apartment if desired. All apartments have full kitchens with microwaves. Vi at Highlands Ranch is a real resident community which is very special. Everyone is so friendly from the staff to the residents. It’s a real joy living here.

After an extensive search for a Class A CCRC (Continuous Care Retirement Community) in Colorado, the clear choice was Vi at Highlands Ranch. The facilities are excellent, the residents and the staff are very friendly and the size is just right. Another very important consideration is that there is no increase in cost in the event that you need additional care. Most other facilities jack the price way up. If you are looking for the ideal CCRC, come take a look at Vi at Highlands Ranch. You'll be very impressed.

From the moment you walk into Vi, you can feel that it’s a special place. The community is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, but what truly stands out is the people. Every interaction has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The Executive Director was especially helpful, taking the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and make us feel comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear that the leadership sets the tone for a culture of kindness, respect, and excellence throughout the entire community. The residents appear happy and engaged, and there is a real sense of community that is hard to find. If you’re looking for a retirement community where people are treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine care, I highly recommend Vi. It is evident that everyone here is committed to creating an exceptional experience for residents and their families. Couldn’t have chosen a better place for my parents!
