The Vi senior living is the tops five star. Besides it being a beautiful place to live, it is filled with people that are so positive and full of joy. These committed to providing me with exceptional customer service such as they always seem to put us first in our needs many times the staff anticipate needs before I even think of them like I had a large item that I could not lift, and I needed to dispose of it and maintenance came up and took care of that for me if my sink should Stop up maintenance. Is there right away to take care of my needs? I feel like a princess the way they take care of us and they’re always warm and genuine about their attention. We have a valet service here for our cars that is beyond. They are the most positive people always there to help us with groceries or a problem with a car. We are truly catered to plus my car is parked in a garage under the building so it’s safe and protected As I am The food is over the top, the Waite staff so professional I feel like I’m dining at a five star hotel! Lifestyle offers the best activities. You cannot imagine how many wonderful places I have gone because of their activities and the wonderful speakers they bring and the musicians we truly are entertained to anything we are interested in and desire I cannot say enough outstanding things about the Vi. I provide monthly Art Appreciation talks for Vi (and several other senior communities). The residents here are engaged, intelligent, and a lot of fun. The community is beautiful - more like a luxury hotel! - and the staff has been pleasant and easy to work with. This is one of my favorite clients - and I would consider living there myself when the time comes!

Hello Friends. I moved from a lovely home in Boulder, Co. to Vi Highlands Ranch last October. I am so pleased with Vi. The residents and staff are so friendly and helpful. Every Vi service department is top-quality! An example from earlier this week: Following a Friday night HVAC failure, the standby technician responded quickly and arranged for Vi's master mechanic Harry to arrive early the next morning. Harry investigated my heat pump system with incredible thoroughness. He performed many manual checks and went far above and beyond, carefully analyzing repeated indicator cycles, specific amperage draws, etc. Recognizing complex, inter-related problems, Harry collaborated with an electrical systems analyst to replace failing components and complete necessary rewiring. Because the extensive repairs required several days, the Vi team thoughtfully arranged for me to stay in a nearby Vi guest suite, ensuring I remained comfortable and cool throughout the process. The final repair has worked perfectly. Harry meticulously tuned the system back to specifications, resulting in quieter operation, faster cool-down times, and reduced overall run-time than before the failure. He was patient, good-natured, and a true pleasure to be around. He, the maintenance team, and dozens of other proud Vi service employees make life easier and better here for all residents!
